URAMADO - PARCOURS À TRAVERS LA VILLE

Julie Stephen Chenu

About

Uramado tells the story of the Tanukis, mischievous forest spirits who wake up in the city. When scanned with a smartphone using a free app, these augmented reality characters come to life and tell their story to visitors. As part of the KIKK Festival, a portion of this exhibition—currently on display at the Pavillon in the Citadel of Namur as part of Pavillon Playground—is moving outside the venue to shops and venues throughout downtown Namur. One or more Tanuki characters will be placed there to create a fun, free mini-tour for visitors to explore on-site.
Young and old alike are invited to go in search of the hidden Tanukis and, for the duration of a stroll, immerse themselves in a colorful and immersive world—a sneak peek at the festival right in the shops of downtown Namur.
